Join a hybrid locum placement supporting clinical teams through technology and patient-centred care. This trainee role blends clinical exposure within General Physician settings with hands-on involvement in developing and maintaining PHP-based tools that enhance patient workflows. You will work a combination of onsite duties and remote working.

Key responsibilities:

• Support General Physicians with triage preparation, documentation, and coordination of patient pathways under supervision.
• Assist in drafting clinical notes, updating patient records, and preparing summaries for multidisciplinary review.
• Contribute to PHP-based applications that streamline appointment scheduling, data capture, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Troubleshoot simple system issues and escalate appropriately to senior clinicians or developers.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement, translating user feedback into incremental system enhancements.
• Communicate clearly with patients, carers, and the clinical team to ensure safe, timely care.
